OLG Digital Dash

Picture this: you just won $2,000 playing the lottery, and you find out you’ll need to physically mail in a bunch of documents, or submit them in person in downtown Toronto. You might think “why they hell can’t they do this online?”

Digital Dash is the project name for OLG’s online lottery prize claim hub, which brought OLG.ca’s online winning experience up to par with its online play experience. A simplified process that meets players’ expectations, communicated through banners, emails, updated web pages and UX copy,

My work: hashing out the content & UX strategy with internal stakeholders, managing rounds of copy feedback between copywriters and reviewers, and getting my hands dirty with a bit of writing and editing.
