With notes from Erin in hand, I started chunking out content areas and worked with the design team at Blacklime to structure site content. I decided a page dedicated to the design process would be a good way to familiarize prospective clients with what to expect, making renovations with Erin seem less daunting. Renovations are a big commitment, and I wanted the website to deliver as much trust as possible.
We got Erin’s sign-off on the basic structure and I channeled my inner interior designer, speaking to homeowners eager to renovate. The tone is warm, professional and confident.
